As a mother of two, I deeply understand the unique challenges women experience during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. As a daughter of a cervical cancer survivor, I've felt the profound effect of health challenges and the unwavering aspiration to heal and lead an empowering life. It was through these personal life experiences that I have since dedicated myself to specialising in Yoga Therapy for women's health and wellness in maternal and reproductive health, stress management, prenatal and postnatal recovery yoga, and serving as a Birth Doula.Credentials & Specialisation - Certified with more than 200 hours of specialised training in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, ensuring a high level of expertise since 2013.

- Specialise and experienced in working with women living with cancer/post-cancer recovery, endometriosis, PCOS perimenopause and menopause.
- Certified and trained with DONA (Doulas Of North America) International Birth Doula, believe that all women deserve a positive and an empowering birth. A birth that they will be proud to share with their community.
