Hi! I'm Rowena

I am a mother of two, a women’s health and wellness specialist, yoga therapist, health and wellness retreat facilitator, and a mentor for prenatal and postnatal yoga teachers. I also serve as a birth coach, providing dedicated support to new mothers and their families during childbirth.

My mission is to offer comprehensive and holistic guidance and support for women’s health and wellness through integrative yoga therapy on hormonal issues, menopausal transitions, prenatal care, postnatal recovery, and stress and anxiety management.

It addresses key concerns such as diastasis recti, rebuilding of core strength, postpartum body mobility, strengthening and releasing of tight areas, pelvic floor health, incontinence, diet, lifestyle, postpartum mental health, and learning to reconnect with your postpartum body, leading to faster recovery.
    • Provide a dedicated space and time for you to prioritise self-care. To nourish your body and mind, to replenish your energy, and cultivate self-compassion; an act that can have a positive ripple effect on your overall well-being and your ability to care for your baby and family.
