I am a mother of two, a Yoga Facilitator, Yoga Therapy Consultant, Educator, Mentor for Prenatal and Postnatal yoga teachers, and a Birth Doula.

My mission is to offer comprehensive and holistic guide to assist in empowering women's reproductive and maternal health, stress management, and well-being through the lens of Yoga Therapy and as a Birth Doula.

Holistic Prenatal Yoga Therapy
Private 1-1/group session

  • Explore yoga breathing techniques to enhance your well-being and connect with your baby.

Postnatal Yoga Recovery Program
Private 1-1/group session
  • One complimentary tele consultation to understand and to know more about you and your needs.
  • A thoughtfully designed minimum of five-week program for effective postpartum recovery; addressing issues such as Diastasis Recti condition, postpartum body mobility, strengthening and releasing tight areas, pelvic floor muscles health, incontinence, and reconnecting to your new postpartum body.
  • Learn effective asanas(yoga poses), movements and breathing techniques to relax, to release stress and the feelings of overwhelm.
  • Strengthen, realign, and to regain flexibility to support the postpartum body healing process, leading to faster recovery.
  • Learn effective breathing techniques and targeted movements to rebuild core strength and tone the pelvic floor muscles to help regain stability and strength, and to improve overall stamina to promote a healthy recovery.
  • Learn to foster a sense of self-awareness, body acceptance, and trust in the body's ability to heal and recover.
  • Provide a dedicated space and time for you to prioritise self-care. To nourish your body and mind, to replenish your energy, and cultivate self-compassion; an act that can have a positive ripple effect on your overall well-being and your ability to care for your baby and family.

Partner Birth Prep Education

Suitable for first time parents, second time or more parents, and parents preparing for VBAC.

  • One complimentary video consultation to understand and to know more about you and your needs
  • 1x Prenatal session (2.5hr/session)
  • 1x 2 days private Partner Birth Prep Education (Total approx 8hr)
  • Labour and Birth support
  • 2x Postpartum sessions (1.5hr/session)
  • Complimentary use of birth props such as peanut ball, TENS machine
  • 10% off 10 sessions package sign up of 1-1 prenatal yoga (optional)
EmpowerBirth
Great for second-time or more parents, repeat clients, and parents who are looking for a simpler birth support package.

Includes:
  • One complimentary video consultation to understand and to know more about you and your needs
  • 1x Prenatal session (after 34 weeks, 2.5hr/session)
  • Labour and Birth support
  • 1x Postpartum session (1.5hr/session)
  • Complimentary use of birth props such as peanut ball, TENS machine
